Brandon Roney has been my IT guy going on eight years
now. He is absolutely the best there is. If you're using someone
else, you need to make a change to Brandon. I make my living off of my
computer, and when it crashed, he had me back up and running in no time.
I won't let anybody else touch my computer besides Brandon. Before I met
Brandon, I've had IT people mess up my computer and charged me a bundle, then
I would have to end up paying again to have someone else fix it. Never
again. Brandon knows what he's doing and he stays up-to-date
with new technology and what is going on out there in the
IT world. I would not entrust my computer to anybody else,
ever! He is very prompt when I need help. He is very, very reasonable
on his pricing. I have special software that I have to use for my
work and it's never gotten the best of Mr. Roney yet. It has been a
challenge for him a few times, but he has always figured out how to fix it no
matter what it takes because he knows that this is my livelihood. You know
what they say, change is good, and in this case if you're using some other IT
person, it's time to change to the best. I will be a Brandon Roney client
for life.

We have a property management company going on 11 years in Vancouver, WA.
We simply cannot be without Brandon.
Brandon
has been our IT man for many years now. When our computer crashed, he
personally accompanied me to purchase a new one and set it up. He had the
knowledge and expertise on what to purchase and had us up and running in a
day.
Brandon
is also knowledgeable about fixing whatever problems come our way. Within
a few short minutes, he is “into” my computer and fixes the problem! |

At multiple times, technical things have gone wrong with our computers that I did not know how to fix myself. I have had other technicians out to try to correct these issues, but they only altered the problems, leaving me with more problems. I have to say, "Brandon, you have hit the problem right on the head every time, and got it just right! Your tenacious nature is what counts." |

A word about Mr. Brandon Roney and Ascension ITS: |
There are three areas where experienced IT help is required to keep my business running (as an independent contractor doing medical transcription).
Brandon Roney provides each of these:
1) knowledge, skill and experience in hardware and software;
2) availability and good response time, especially in a technical emergency;
3) a can-do attitude and desire to understand what my business needs.
Oh, and patience with my very minimal lack of understanding of all things technical. I so much appreciate Brandon's capability and determination to solve my problems, no matter what it takes, as well as his friendly manner and great work ethic. He recently provided help in backing up my computer system and advised on purchase and set-up of a suitable laptop, including some complicated, specialized software. He is efficient and prompt in getting back to me and very well able to solve whatever problem has come up. I'll always call Brandon when I need technical assistance. |

I first met Brandon when I was
starting my own business as a representative for several different Fortune 100
companies in the trucking segment. Each company required that I use their
own e-mail address. Although I knew that Microsoft Outlook could easily
accommodate up to five e-mail accounts, I had no idea that my PC box was
infected with malware that was corrupting my outlook file.
Brandon followed a very logical and methodical process of
identifying what the real problems were on my PC and then eliminating
them. Brandon came to my rescue in short order using remote access
software to tune up my PC.
Brandon’s service and
results easily exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him to anyone
seeking good service at a very reasonable price.
